 SHIPPING TIMES

All orders ship Monday through Friday from our USA warehouse or EU location. Processing takes 0 to 2 working days for Standard shipments and 0 to 2 working days for Express shipments.

• Standard > 5 to 10 working days (depending on the location)*
• Express > 1 to 5 working days (depending on the location)*

* Random delays can be experienced due to the Covid-19 crisis and related priority emergencies, while USPS can experience disruptions and delays, also due to the lack of personnel, it is also not the norm, even during the crisis.
We try to streamline shipments of Square Wave to the best of our ability by also using our stock in our new Amazon USA fulfillment center.

Delivery times may vary depending on local customs. Shipments to Japan and Australia may take up to 30/40 days.

Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once your order has left our warehouse, but we can help you with everything else.

Shipping rates vary depending on the country. We ship from both the USA and EU.
Please note that we take no responsibility over import taxes. Import taxes may vary from country to country, check your country's regulations before placing an order.

Personalized items may take 5-7 days to process.
Orders placed after 7am cst on friday will process the following monday.
The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
We're not responsible for courier shipping delays.
Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
Our couriers do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
